Hojicha chocolate just like the Matcha chocolate, very easy to make and entirely up to your own creativity. All you need is 15 minutes. Also with this chocolate, a surprising taste is guaranteed . For many people is it a new taste, but one that is very similar to the taste of coffee. In short, highly recommended for all coffee lovers!
● White chocolate: 200 g
● Hojicha powder: 6 g (send an email)
● Heavy cream (35% fat): 30 ml
● Unsalted butter: 14 g
Bring all ingredients to room temperature.
Cut/break the chocolate and melt au bain-marie.
Mix the butter and heavy cream with the melted chocolate.
Sift in the Hojicha powder by using a small fine mesh strainer.
As soon as the color of the mixture is homogeneously brown, bring to a silicone mould with your desired shape.
Let the chocolate solidfy in the refrigerator for overnight.
