Matcha chocolate is very easy to make and upon your own creativity. All you need is 15 minutes of your time. A surprising taste is guaranteed. ● White chocolate: 200 g
● Matcha (cooking-grade): 9 g go to shop Matcha
● Heavy cream (35% fat): 30 ml
● Unsalted butter: 14 g
Bring all ingredients to room temperature.
Cut/break the chocolate and melt au bain-marie.
Mix the butter and heavy cream with the melted chocolate.
Sift in the Matcha by using a small fine mesh strainer.
As soon as the color of the mixture is homogeneously green, bring it to a container lined with parchment paper or to a silicone mould with your desired shape. #uptoyourowncreativity
Let the chocolate solidfy in the refrigerator for overnight.
