Matcha ice cream is highly recommended for those who want to refrain from too sweet ice cream. ● Condensed milk: 100 mL
● Heavy cream (35%): 240 mL
Put the bowl and whisk attachments in the fridge, and the freezing box in the freezer for at least 30 min.
Sift the Matcha in the cream.
Whisk until stiff peaks appear.
Add ⅓ of the Matcha cream to the condensed milk.
Add the condensed milk to the Matcha cream until homogenous.
Place the mixture in a freezing container in the freezer for overnight.
Scoop the ice cream in your desired shape.
