Matcha bliss balls

are delicious energy bombs that you can eat at any time of the day. They are in no time ready and the texture gives a very pleasant taste sensation in your mouth. Choose your favorite nuts and combine them with pitted dates. Sift in the matcha, blend shortly, and roll. Finish with your favorite topping, place shortly in the freezer and enjoy!

Ingredients (8 pieces)

● Matcha (cooking-grade): 7.5 g go to shop
● Unsalted brown almonds: 25 g
● Unsalted cashewnuts: 25 g
● Pumpkinseeds: 25 g
● Chiaseeds: 1 tablespoon
● Dates: 75 g
● Honey: 1/2 tablespoon
● Pinch of salt

Toppings

Golden quinoa
● Shredded coconut
● Hempseeds

Method

STEP 1
Soak the dates in warm water for ± 20 minutes.

STEP 2
Combine all ingredients in a blender and sift in the Matcha.

STEP 3
Blend the mixture until it has your desired texture, and divide it into 8 equal parts.

STEP 4
Roll the 8 parts into balls, and finish them with your desired topping.

STEP 5
Place the Matcha bliss balls in the freezer for at least 30 minutes.
