A surprising chocolate that you absolutely must try!

Hojicha chocolate

just like the Matcha chocolate, very easy to make and entirely up to your own creativity. All you need is 15 minutes. Also with this chocolate, a surprising taste is guaranteed . For many people is it a new taste, but one that is very similar to the taste of coffee. In short, highly recommended for all coffee lovers!

Ingredients

● White chocolate: 200 g
● Hojicha powder: 6 g (send an email)
● Heavy cream (35% fat): 30 ml
● Unsalted butter: 14 g

Method

STEP 1
Bring all ingredients to room temperature.

STEP 2
Cut/break the chocolate and melt au bain-marie.

STEP 3
Mix the butter and heavy cream with the melted chocolate.

STEP 4
Sift in the Hojicha powder by using a small fine mesh strainer.

STEP 5
As soon as the color of the mixture is homogeneously brown, bring to a silicone mould with your desired shape.

STEP 6
Let the chocolate solidfy in the refrigerator for overnight.
