Hojicha chocolate just like the Matcha chocolate<\/a>, very easy to make and entirely up to your own creativity. All you need is 15 minutes. Also with this chocolate, a surprising taste is guaranteed . For many people is it a new taste, but one that is very similar to the taste of coffee. In short, highly recommended for all coffee lovers!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ingredients<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

\u25cf White chocolate: 200 g
\u25cf Hojicha powder: 6 g (send an email<\/a>)
\u25cf Heavy cream (35% fat): 30 ml
\u25cf Unsalted butter: 14 g<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Method<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

STEP 1
<\/strong>Bring all ingredients to room temperature.

STEP 2
<\/strong>Cut\/break the chocolate and melt au bain-marie. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

STEP 3
<\/strong>Mix the butter and heavy cream with the melted chocolate.

STEP 4
<\/strong>Sift in the Hojicha powder by using a small fine mesh strainer.

STEP 5
<\/strong>As soon as the color of the mixture is homogeneously brown, bring to a silicone mould with your desired shape. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

STEP 6
<\/strong>Let the chocolate solidfy in the refrigerator for overnight.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
