These rolls are based on the traditional cinnamon rolls, but instead of cinnamon, matcha is added. The inside is a mixture of dark brown palm sugar mixed with matcha. This dark color creates a great contrast with the light green color of the dough. These rolls are ready in less than 1 hour, which makes this a must have for breakfast in weekend.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-medium-font-size\" id=\"ingredients-11-cm-2-persons\">Ingredients (4 rolls)<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Dough<\/strong><br>\u25cf Matcha (cooking-grade): 6 g <a href=\"https:\/\/teathemoment.com\/en\/shop\/matcha\/matcha-cooking-grade\/\">go to shop<\/a><br>\u25cf Whole wheat flour: 125 g<br>\u25cf Instant yeast: 2.6 g <br>\u25cf Baking powder: 5 g<br>\u25cf Salt: 1\/4 teaspoon<br>\u25cf Unsweetened soymilk: 90 mL (37 &#8211; 43 \u00b0C)<br>\u25cf Melted margarine: 3.5 g<br>\u25cf White granulated sugar: 6 g<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Filling<\/strong><br>\u25cf Matcha (cooking-grade): 3 g <a href=\"https:\/\/teathemoment.com\/en\/shop\/matcha\/matcha-cooking-grade\/\">go to shop<\/a><br>\u25cf Dark brown palm sugar: 25 g<br>\u25cf Melted margarine: 3.5 g <br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-medium-font-size\" id=\"methode\">Methods<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>STAP 1<br><\/strong>In a bowl, combine 1\/2 of the flour with matcha, yeast, baking powder, and salt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>STAP 2<br><\/strong>In another bowl, combine milk, butter and sugar. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>STAP 3<br><\/strong>Add step 2 to step 1. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>STAP 4<br><\/strong>Gradually, add 1\/2 of the flour to step 3 until a ball forms.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>STAP 5<br><\/strong>Knead the dough (step 4) until it springs back when you press it with a finger.
