Matcha chocolate is very easy to cook, but it has a special taste. The aroma of matcha, the sweetness of chocolate and the bitterness of matcha create an exquisite taste. Why don’t you make your usual sweets gorgeous with a little effort?
●White Chocolate : 200g
●Matcha (cooking grade) : 20g go to shop Matcha
●Heavy Cream : 60ml
●Unsalted butter : 1tbsp
Cut the white chocolate and unsalted butter into small pieces.
Melt the chocolate au bain-marie. Heat the heavy cream almost to a boil.
Add the pieces of chocolate and butter.
Sift in the Matcha by using a small fine mesh strainer. As soon as the color of the mixture is homogeneous, bring the mixture to a 10 x 10 cm container lined with parchment paper.
Let the chocolate solidfy in the refrigerator for overnight.
